SERI – Scuola Europea di Relazioni Industriali is a research unit cooperating with Fondazione Giacomo Brodolini, the University of Rome and State Institutions dealing with comparative labor law and labor economics. Also according to an interdisciplinary approach (labor law, comparative law, labor economics, sociology), on a permanent basis, SERI investigates Industrial and Labor Relations systems in Europe and beyond Europe.

He teaches courses in the areas of Labor Relations and comparative Labor Law, Including Industrial relations, Social Security, European labor law.

manuelita-manciniManuelita Mancini is programme manager at Fondazione Giacomo Brodolini. She has a long experience in managing research activities and policy interventions in the field of Employment, Industrial Relations and Social inclusion. Since 2004 she is editorial staff member of Economia & Lavoro, four-monthly journal on economic policy, sociology and industrial relations.
